1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, workspace details, and payment information processed by Stripe. We also collect usage data — API call logs, message metadata, and billing records — to operate the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to operate and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (account activity, invoices, security alerts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service, including database, payment, email, and telecommunications carriers. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at privacy@vokryn.com.
4. Message Content
Message content (SMS bodies, call metadata) is stored to generate delivery receipts and usage reports. We do not read message content for any purpose other than delivering the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Message logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
6. Security
API keys are stored as one-way hashes. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
7. Your Rights
