Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Vokryn ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Vokryn is operated by Vukori Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company").
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts and API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vokryn.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law. Downgrading or canceling your subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
